Your daily pursuit is crafting local Montana favorites to fuel our guests in their explorations of the park and trips on the river! 

• Produce high-quality hot and cold foods based on recipes developed by the Kitchen Manager 

• Organize prep station and cold line to ensure smooth and efficient flow 

• Preparation of staff lunches for guides, downtown staff and drivers 

• Label and date food returned from trips 

• Prepare various salads in bulk that can be used on full day trips 

• Prepare and pack deli lunches for full day fishing trips. 

• Help prepare and pack food and utensils for full day raft trips. 

• Prepare and pack food for dinner trips and help setup and prepare meals at the dinner site and pavilion. 

• Maintain cleanliness of workstation, prep areas, and food storage in keeping with state and federal regulations for food safety 

• Assist other team members where necessary 

• Be a utility player who can complete a variety of job duties 

• Culinary experience preferred, but not necessary – we are happy to train! 

• Possession of a current and valid U.S. Driver's License  

• Be willing and able to work solo or as part of a team 

• Be committed to Safety First and the highest quality of cleaning & sanitizing standards 

• Be organized with a great eye for detail
