What will be your daily pursuit?
Yourdaily pursuit is crafting local Montana favorites to fuel our guests in their explorations of the park and trips on the river!
What will you do in this job?
Produce high-quality hot and cold foods based on recipes developed by the Kitchen Manager
Organize prep station and cold line to ensure smooth and efficient flow
Preparation of staff lunches for guides, downtown staff and drivers
Label and date food returned from trips
Prepare various salads in bulk that can be used on full day trips
Prepare and pack deli lunches for full day fishing trips.
Help prepare and pack food and utensils for full day raft trips.
Prepare and pack food for dinner trips and help setup and prepare meals at the dinner site and pavilion.
Maintain cleanliness of workstation, prep areas, and food storage in keeping with state and federal regulations for food safety
Assist other team members where necessary
Be a utility player who can complete a variety of job duties
What skills and experience do you need for this job?
Culinary experience preferred, but not necessary – we are happy to train!
Possession of a current and valid U.S. Driver's License
Be willing and able to work solo or as part of a team
Becommitted to Safety First and the highest quality of cleaning & sanitizing standards
Beorganized with a great eye for detail
Be kind to others and always bring your best
Be a good communicator, always suggesting ideas and solutions
